No approval promises. Luxe Apartment Locating Group is an apartment locating service. Screening and leasing decisions belong to each apartment community; nothing on this site is a promise of approval, availability, or a specific rate or lease term.
Not advice. Nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing here interprets your staffing-agency contract or stipend. Confirm contract and pay questions with your agency, and lease terms with the community, before acting.
Lawful use. Services are offered for lawful purposes only. Clients remain responsible for their own reporting and tax obligations.
Accuracy. We try to keep this site correct and current, but we make no warranty that it is free of error.
