How we handle information submitted through this website.
Free for renters — the community pays our fee when you lease.
What we collect. Only what you send us through the contact form or by email or phone — your name, contact details, and whatever you choose to tell us.
Why we hold it. To respond to your inquiry and to run your apartment search. Nothing else.
Who we share it with. Only apartment communities you ask us to contact on your behalf, as part of the search. We do not sell, rent, or trade inquiry information.
What we never ask for. We do not collect Social Security numbers, bank credentials, or driver-license numbers through this site or in chat. A community that screens you will collect its own application information directly.
Analytics. This site runs no third-party advertising or tracking scripts.
Removal. To have your inquiry information deleted, email hello@luxelocating.com.
This is a template privacy policy for a demonstration site. Replace it with a policy reviewed by counsel before going live.
