What we are, plainly
Apartment locating is a licensed real-estate activity in Texas, and it runs on a simple arrangement: apartment communities pay locators a fee for bringing them residents, so the search costs the renter nothing. Most locating is built around 12-month leases and permanent moves. Contract clinicians got left out of that model — a 13-week assignment breaks every default assumption a standard apartment search makes.
So this service inverts the search. We start from your contract calendar — start date, end date, extension odds — and work backwards to the lease terms that fit it. We start from your facility and shift pattern and work backwards to the commute, quoted at the hours you’ll actually drive. And we put every number in writing from the community itself, because a verbal “sure, we do short-term” has ended badly for enough travelers that we treat it as worthless.
We’re new, and we’d rather say that than fake a track record: Luxe Apartment Locating Group was founded in 2026 with San Antonio as its launch market, ahead of Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, and Houston. What we offer today is the method above, one licensed contact who answers between shifts, and a standing rule that we never tell you what a community will decide — only what it told us, in writing.
